Privacy Policy
Last updated: March 2026
This policy explains how VPNSound handles data across its official website, user panel, and subscription services. Data processing is limited to what is needed for account access, subscription delivery, billing checks, and support. Website analytics and activity on international routes are handled separately and are not combined into browsing histories.
Account and Order Data
No email address is needed to create an account; a username and password are sufficient. An email address is not required to open an account. The account system processes usernames, login credential verification data, subscription status, and necessary traffic usage to verify identity, deliver subscriptions, and calculate available traffic. Do not submit your account password in a support ticket.
Order data includes the selected plan, order amount, payment status, and transaction reference used to confirm receipt of payment, handle order disputes, and process refunds. Support tickets submitted by users help identify issues and respond to requests. When describing a problem, avoid including personal information unrelated to resolving it.
Scope of the No-Logs Policy
VPNSound follows a no-logs policy: it does not record which websites users access through international routes, or retain browsing content, destinations, or histories that could reconstruct an individual's browsing activity. VPNSound does not create persistent connection logs linking accounts to visits to specific websites.
Cumulative traffic required for subscription billing and account status are not website browsing records. Temporary states used to maintain an active session while a connection is established serve only that connection and are not retained as historical connection logs. The no-logs commitment does not mean that account data, order data, or support materials submitted by users do not exist.
Site Analytics and Local Storage
Website analytics help assess page visits, referral sources, and entry-point clicks, and identify tutorials or pages that may need updates. Analytics are not used to analyze browsing activity on international routes. Do not enter passwords, subscription credentials, or other private information in page addresses or link parameters.
Cookies and local storage support necessary sessions and save login status and language preferences. The user panel stores authentication tokens locally in the browser. Clearing this data may log you out or restore default preferences, but it does not delete your account or orders on the service.
You can manage cookies and site storage in your browser settings. After using the panel on a shared device, log out and clear site data. Restricting storage permissions may affect login and panel features.
Payment Processing and Necessary Disclosures
Supported payment methods are Alipay / WeChat Pay / USDT. Payments are processed by the relevant third-party payment services, whose own privacy policies apply to payment information. VPNSound uses order and payment confirmation information for billing and does not ask users to submit payment account passwords through support tickets.
Personal data is used only for the purposes described in this policy. If information must be disclosed to verify a payment, respond to a user request, or meet applicable legal obligations, disclosure is limited to what is necessary. After visiting a third-party page, review that page's data processing information separately.
Data Retention and Deletion
Account and subscription data is retained for as long as needed to provide the relevant services. Order data is retained as required for transaction checks, dispute resolution, and applicable laws. Support materials are used while handling requests and any necessary follow-up. No universal fixed deletion period is promised. When the basis for retention no longer applies, data should be deleted or processed so it can no longer be linked to an individual.
To access, correct, or delete account data, sign in to the user panel and submit a request through the support ticket portal, specifying the data involved. Account ownership must be verified before processing. Deleting an account may affect subscription delivery. Records that must still be retained by law or to resolve outstanding transactions are handled separately from routine service data.
Policy Updates and Requests
Policy revisions are published on this page, and the month of the last update is shown at the top. Significant changes to data use or user rights will be explained in a notice on the site. Where a new purpose for processing requires authorization, updating this page does not replace the required notice and authorization.
If you have questions about this policy or data processing, submit them through a user panel support ticket. See the Terms of Service for service use boundaries and refund terms.
